HARBEL Grant: Jamie Watson (soon to be Tuminello!) is our representative to Grants Committee for which I am going to provide the basic bones of a Membership Strategy (with some general preliminary pricing and tasks for volunteers)
Newsletter: How to handle as part of — and separately from — the Membership Strategy
Calendar: of increased social events @ local businesses — re-engage some younger members to
Emergency Response: to events like snow or other natural disasters (as suggested by John Reuter)
Yard Sale: as suggested by Kathleen — call for chair and volunteers Spring (In conjunction with Harbel Flea Market)
Dumpster: as suggested by Kathleen and Kris Sexton Spring housecleaning
Ice Cream Social: as suggested by Kathleen ( call for chair & volunteers) June or July
Speakers at Meetings: as suggested by Kathleen Possibly May or June
